TIFFINY WOHLERS
Owner
Tiffiny Wohlers is a certified coach with over 16 years of experience and education in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics and functional fitness. She is the owner/head coach of Impakt Athletics where she has earned a reputation for excellence in personalized and transformative training experiences which result in a high rate of client satisfaction and retention. Tiffiny is a lead instructor for USA Weightlifting and holds a Bachelors in Sport Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She holds multiple certifications including, but not limited to, WAG Nutrition Coaching certification, USA Weightlifting Level Two Coaching certification, USA Gymnastics Instructor. Tiffiny lives in Wasilla, Alaska with her dogs, Steve & James.
Mike Davidson
Head Coach
Having immersed himself in the rugged landscapes of Alaska, Mike Davidson has devoted more than twenty years to honing his expertise as a mentor and educator. Equipped with a Master’s degree in education and boasting 23 years of experience in guiding adolescents, he views inspiring and guiding others not merely as a career, but as his heartfelt calling.
Over the last four years, he has shifted gears to become a local rock climbing coach. He continues to conquer peaks and guide climbers towards their victories. With accreditation from NASM and a commitment to expanding his expertise, he is prepared to support you in reaching your fitness goals, whether they involve conquering mountains or personal milestones.
Family is his anchor, and his wife, three children, and adorable grandbaby motivate him to push boundaries every day. Outside the gym, you’ll find him carving through powder on skis, cruising on motorcycles, or restoring classic cars. Mike is fluent in Spanish and has achieved the remarkable feat of climbing Denali.
Coach Mike has a genuine desire to help others reach their full potential, and we are honored to add him to our team!
Annika Dollick
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Annika brings a wealth of coaching experience to the realm of functional fitness. In addition to her proficiency in Functional Fitness, she possesses a commendable two-year track record of coaching Cross Country Skiing following an illustrious career where her dedication and skills were recognized when she represented the Junior U.S.A. team in Finland. Her achievements in the field of Cross Country Skiing are a testament to her commitment and excellence. Annika is passionate about further enhancing her knowledge within the fitness industry. She currently resides in Palmer, Alaska, alongside her husband, Matt, their child, Owen, and their loyal canine companion, Murphy.
Rachel Larsen
Fitness Coach
Rachel Larsen is a distinguished fitness professional with a solid foundation in health and wellness. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, she boasts five years of dedicated experience in delivering exceptional training experiences. Her commitment to holistic well-being aligns seamlessly with the values of Impakt Athletics. In addition to her fitness expertise, Rachel brings a unique perspective as a Registered Nurse, reflecting a dedication to comprehensive health. Her multifaceted background underscores a commitment to continuous learning and growth in the ever-evolving field of fitness. What sets Rachel apart is her inspiring journey into fitness, especially after welcoming six children into her family. This personal transformation underscores her belief that it’s never too late to embark on a journey toward wellness. Rachel resides in Wasilla, Alaska, with her six children. When she’s not cheering them on at various sporting events, you’ll likely find her strength training, enjoying ocean fishing, or simply savoring precious moments with her family.
Matt Dollick
Fitness Coach
A proud resident of Alaska for over a decade, Matt is more than a coach; he’s a seasoned Alaskan who seamlessly integrates his commitment to fitness with a deep love for family. With a remarkable 9-year journey in functional fitness, Matt shares a wealth of experience, emphasizing the life-changing impact of unwavering dedication. Drawing from his background as a high school hockey player, he injects a healthy dose of competitive spirit into the world of fitness. In his professional journey, Matt served as a Wildland Firefighter for 5 years and currently dedicates his time as a full-time firefighter for Mat-Su Central Fire. His resilience and strength forged in the field shine through in his coaching style. Matt skillfully steers individuals towards achieving their fitness aspirations, leveraging a distinctive fusion of expertise and enthusiasm. When not within the gym’s realm, he fully immerses himself in the breathtaking Alaskan outdoors, partaking in activities such as hiking, fishing, and more. Presently, he calls Wasilla, Alaska home, where he lives with his wife, Annika, their son, Owen, and their four-legged companion, Murphy.
McKenzie Zipperian
Fitness Coach
With over five years of fitness training experience, McKenzie Zipperian is dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal health and wellness goals. His approach emphasizes consistency, proper technique, and customized workout plans designed to meet individual needs. Now a Personal Trainer at Impakt Athletics, McKenzie is thrilled to have a “home” gym where he can work closely with clients to inspire and guide them on their fitness journey.
Outside of personal training, McKenzie wears many hats. He is the owner and instructor at The Revolve Haus by K&M, a boutique spin studio in Wasilla, Alaska, known for its immersive, high-energy cycling classes. McKenzie’s love for fitness and community shines through in every ride, creating a space where clients can push their limits and feel empowered.
In addition to his fitness endeavors, McKenzie has a strong background in real estate. With over half a decade of experience and a reputation for exceptional communication, he has helped countless families find their dream homes. His ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance extends seamlessly into his work as a personal trainer.

Stephanie Garding
Fitness Coach
Stephanie brings a depth of experience and a calm, focused energy to the floor. As a seasoned coach with a background in both competitive athletics and mindful movement, she has a unique ability to meet athletes exactly where they are—then help them move forward with confidence.
She spent much of her youth and early adult life in competitive cheer, and now holds her Yoga Alliance YTT 200 certification, adding a deep understanding of body awareness, movement quality, and intentional coaching to her work. Stephanie lives in Palmer, Alaska with her husband and two daughters—both of whom keep her on her toes and remind her daily why movement matters at every stage of life.
Her passion is simple: helping others discover what they’re capable of—and making them feel supported every step of the way.
John Kelsey
Fitness Coach
John has been involved in the personal training industry for as long as he can remember. With a mother who has been a personal trainer for nearly 20 years and a father who later followed the same path, fitness was always a part of his life. Watching them dedicate themselves to helping others grow stronger and healthier left a lasting impact, shaping both his mentality and work ethic. Their passion for improving lives inspired him to do the same, and from an early age, he knew he wanted to help others reach their full potential.
Growing up with two older brothers, four and six years his senior, competition was built into his DNA. He has always strived to be the best at what he does and to help others do the same.
John has been involved in sports since he could walk—playing football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and competing in track & field. He graduated from Colony High School as a First Team All-State athlete and earned Rookie of the Year honors in his senior year of high school football. Fitness and athleticism have always been at the core of his life.
His mission is to enrich lives through fitness while continually striving for excellence. He started his personal training journey at 17, studying and practicing disciplines like Russian Kettlebell training, Primitive Movements, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Drawing from cultures and sports around the world, his goal is to give that knowledge back—helping others grow stronger, move better, and live healthier lives.
Danielle Purpura
Nutrition & Bodybuilding Coach
Danielle Purpura is passionate about making nutrition approachable and effective for real life. She helps others find balance through personalized, sustainable habits that support their goals. As a fit model competitor and volunteer with Mat-Su Water Rescue, Danielle leads by example—living a lifestyle rooted in health, service, and strength. She’s also a proud wife and mom of two, balancing family life with her mission to inspire others.
Danielle Purpura is driven by a passion for nutrition and a heart for helping others thrive. She believes healthy living should be realistic, personalized, and empowering. As a fit model competitor, Danielle lives what she teaches—blending discipline with balance. When she’s not coaching others or training, she volunteers with Mat-Su Water Rescue and embraces life as a wife and mom. Her mission is simple: to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health,
Trent Wohlers
Fitness Coach
Trent grew up playing competitive hockey and spent time on the ice at the Junior A level. He began coaching younger teams early on and has carried that leadership into the fitness space.
A few years ago, Trent was paralyzed in an accident that changed his approach to movement—but not his drive. With his Adaptive and Inclusive Training certification, his focus now is helping others find safe, sustainable ways to stay active, no matter their starting point. His coaching is built on intention, grit, and a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild.
Trent lives in Wasilla with his dog Dutchy and spends his time hunting, fishing, and chasing motors when he’s not in the gym. He’s a proud brother and uncle, and someone who shows up with purpose every time he trains.
Shelley Labanowski
Fitness Coach
Originally from St. Augustine, Florida, Shelley’s life has always revolved around movement. From surfboards and soccer fields to lacrosse sticks and lifting platforms, she’s built her foundation on athletic grit and discipline.
She found her way to weightlifting her senior year of high school and carried that passion through college functional fitness training—eventually carving her path as a 69 kg Olympic Weightlifting athlete, qualifying for the American Open and preparing to take the national stage.
Shelley holds a B.A. in Secondary English Education and is currently pursuing her Master’s at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She’s also a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
Off the platform, she’s a dedicated Special Education teacher with seven years of national and international classroom experience. Her strength lies in adapting—meeting every student, and every lifter, where they are, and helping them find what they’re capable of.
Shelley lives in Palmer with her husband and three dogs. When she’s not in the gym or the classroom, she’s usually chasing new countries, cultures, and stories worth telling.
Leif Davidson
Fitness Coach
Leif doesn’t just coach it—he’s lived it.
With a lifetime spent in the outdoors—skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing, hiking, trail running, and mountain biking—he brings a level of real-world experience that can’t be replicated.
That foundation is paired with years of strength training and functional fitness, along with hands-on coaching in youth climbing and fitness. He knows how to meet athletes where they are—and how to move them forward with purpose.
Leif also spent two years serving as a missionary, where he developed the ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and help others grow into stronger versions of themselves—inside and outside of the gym.

Samantha Richvalsky
Fitness Coach
Coach Sam believes fitness should help you feel stronger, not just in the gym, but in every part of life.
Her passion for health and movement began at a young age while watching her mother navigate chronic illness. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in how exercise and nutrition can improve not only physical health, but overall quality of life.
Over the past five years, Sam has coached teens and adults from all walks of life, helping each person discover an approach to fitness that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and uniquely their own. As a Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, she blends strength training, mobility, and functional movement to help clients build confidence and move with purpose.
She has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping them rebuild strength, restore pelvic floor function, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Whether you’re just getting started, returning after time away, or working toward your next goal, Sam is committed to meeting you where you are and helping you become stronger than yesterday.
Abbie Fuller
Fitness Coach
Growing up in Wasilla, Alaska, Abbie’s life has always revolved around movement and athletics. From years spent competing on the soccer field and basketball court to continuing her basketball career at the collegiate level, she built a foundation rooted in discipline, resilience, and hard work.
She serves as a 911 telecommunicator, a role that has strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, build connections with people, and support others through challenging situations. Experiences that continue to shape her passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
Outside of work and school, Abbie enjoys an active lifestyle year round. You can often find her at the lake during the summer, on the slopes during the winter, or spending time with family.
