Youth

Youth Classes at Impakt Athletics

Our youth classes at Impakt Athletics are designed to meet every young athlete where they are—whether they’re striving for elite performance or just starting their fitness journey. For ages 6-17, our programs focus on building strength, speed and agility in a fun and motivating environment. From seasoned competitors to newcomers, everyone is welcome and supported by our expert coaches.

We’re here to help your child build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential—no matter their experience level!

Youth FunFit (6-11)

Our Youth FunFit class is all about building a solid foundation in fitness through fun and engaging activities. Designed for ages 6-11, this class focuses on basic movement patterns essential for General Physical Preparedness (GPP), including running, jumping, and coordination exercises. We introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of strength training and gymnastics in a supportive and energetic environment, helping them develop strength, flexibility, and body control.

Whether your child is new to fitness or looking to enhance their athletic skills, Youth FunFit is the perfect place to start their journey towards a strong, healthy, and active lifestyle.

Teen Functional Fitness (12+)

Our Teens Functional Fitness class is a dynamic, small-group training experience designed to meet the needs of every athlete—from those new to fitness to elite competitors. In this class, teens will receive personalized coaching as they learn the fundamentals of movement, including proper technique for Olympic lifts and gymnastics skills.

Whether mastering the basics or progressing to high-level movements, every participant will benefit from a supportive and motivating environment that encourages growth, strength, and confidence. Join us to build a solid athletic foundation and take your fitness to the next level.

High School Sports Performance

Our High School Sports Performance class is designed to help young athletes reach their peak potential. This comprehensive program focuses on enhancing strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance through specialized training techniques. Tailored to meet the needs of high school athletes, our classes incorporate a mix of functional fitness, sports-specific drills, and recovery strategies. Led by experienced coaches, this class aims to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build confidence both on and off the field. Join us and take your athletic abilities to the next level!

Memberships are not required. Classes have a 1:4 instructor ratio. 

$25/session. Punchcards are available ($200/10 sessions)
